 Hello there, my name is Shelia Stokes,       

      Welcome to my business. We are an all inclusive Luxury Small Event Decorating Business, specializing in balloon  arrangements with Gorgeous backdrops.  

     my company  started from humble beginnings. My Passion for decorating  started at the age of 12, taking Pride in specific details of color coordination, fabrics, settings, etc. 

     While in high school, I Honed in on my Skills, that brought requests from friends & family for ALL occasions, from decorating homes to family reunions. This hobby Flourished over the years including services for 

Weddings, Birthdays, Retirements, 

Baby Showers, Homegoing Celebrations & More!

 No event was too big or too small.

     My wonderful husband, Charles, encouraged me to transition from a hobby to a business & 

"Sophisticated Balloon & Events" 

was born. 

I truly enjoy creating memories for people through event décor and the joy of bringing Friends & Family together.
