CREATE AN ANCHOR POINT:
Step 1: Anchor
Use the included command hooks with an attached balloon "rubber band" or
actual rubberband to create your anchor point on a wall.
to properly adhere: Make sure to hang the Command Hook 15 mins before you attach your garland.
*Here are several videos for hanging your garland, depending on indoors or outdoors.

Step 2: Attach
Stretch the balloon rubber band towards the closest (2) balloons.
Step 3: Secure
Gently guide the balloon rubber band around the 2 balloons & make sure it's securely placed at the balloons knots.
Step 4: Fluff
You can reposition the mini balloons. Move the mini balloons towards the front. Have fun adjusting the mini's & get ready for a gorgeous Garland!
Simply use the included, stretchy long balloon or rubber band to loop around the center & the ends of the balloon garland. Now, loop around your anchor points. Tie in a knot. Fluff
